Apple Pay & Google Pay

Required Verification Method

To add your card to Apple Pay, you must use Email Verification.

The Code: Your verification code will be sent directly to your user dashboard.

Regional Accuracy: Ensure your Apple account, payment address, and VPN all reflect a single, non-sanctioned region.

⚠️ STRICT PROHIBITION:

Do not call any phone number displayed by Apple Pay (such as "Call Bank"). If the system only offers a phone call for verification, it means your regional data is mismatched and the correct verification method has been blocked. Do not proceed with a call.

Troubleshooting: Enabling the Email Option

If the email verification option is missing and the system asks you to call, follow these steps to reset your regional data:

1
Remove the card from your Apple Wallet.
2
Update Device Region: In your Apple ID settings, change your region to UK, EU, Asia, or the specific region where the card was issued (e.g., Hong Kong).
3
Align Connection: Use a VPN matching your chosen region and switch to a different Wi-Fi or mobile network.
4
Re-add the Card: Once your IP, device region, and account settings all match, the Email option will become available.

Pro-Tip: If the iPhone continues to fail, try adding the card via an Apple Watch. It uses a different verification flow that often allows the Email method to appear.

Adding to Google Pay (Android)

On Android, add your card via the Google Wallet app:

1
Open Google Wallet and tap "Add to Wallet", then "Payment card".
2
Enter your card number, expiry date and CVV manually.
3
When asked how to verify, always choose Email — the code arrives in your IZIPAY dashboard.
4
Enter the code from your dashboard. Your card is ready for tap-to-pay.

Pro-Tip: If only a phone-call option appears, set your phone region and VPN to a non-sanctioned region (UK, EU, Asia), then re-add the card so the Email option shows.
