How to Freeze or Unfreeze Your Card

You have full control over your card’s security. Use this feature to manage your card's active status at any time.

Locate Your Card Select the card you wish to manage from your dashboard.

Freeze Card Click the "Freeze" button. This will immediately disable the card, preventing any new transactions or payments from being processed.
Use this if you have temporarily misplaced your card or want to pause spending.

Unfreeze Card When you are ready to use the card again, simply click the "Unfreeze" button.

Instant Activation The card will be re-enabled instantly, and you can resume using it for payments immediately.
