Follow these steps to add funds:

Start Top Up
Click the "Top Up" button on your dashboard.

Select Your Card
If you have multiple cards, choose the specific card you wish to fund.

Choose Coin and Network
Pick the coin and the network you will send from. Network fees differ a lot — Polygon and BSC cost cents, Tron costs more. Send only the coin and network you selected.

Enter the Amount
Type how much you want to add. You will see the exact amount to send and what will land on the card after the 3% fee.

Send and Wait
Send the exact amount to the address shown. That address belongs to your top-up only, so we recognise the payment automatically — no TXID, no confirmation button. Just send and close the page if you like.
Funds appear on the card after 2-3 network confirmations, usually within a few minutes. You will get an email once they are credited. If you sent a different amount than shown, it still arrives — we credit whatever actually came in.
